Input Requested on Parks and Recreational Area Improvements
Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 146 Board of Directors is currently exploring potential improvements to parks and recreational areas throughout the District and is seeking input from residents.
The District’s parks and common areas are important amenities within the community, and the Board is committed to maintaining them in a way that balances environmental stewardship, safety, functionality, and long-term sustainability. In addition to the improvements that are currently underway at Venture Park, the Board is evaluating enhancements in other parks and common areas, as well as enhancements within the Nature preserve, which may include addressing accumulated tree debris, improving overall site conditions, and exploring potential solutions for areas where standing water persists for extended periods.
At this stage, no final decisions have been made. The Board values resident perspectives and would greatly appreciate hearing your thoughts, ideas, and concerns as these discussions continue.
