Venture Park Development

Fort Bend County MUD 146 is excited to share an update on the ongoing Venture Park Redevelopment, a significant community investment aimed at enhancing recreational opportunities and improving neighborhood connectivity.

Construction is actively underway, and the overall progress is moving steadily toward the District’s vision for a more modern, accessible, and family-friendly park space.

Once complete, the redeveloped Venture Park will feature several major improvements, including:

• New Parking Lot
  Increased parking will make it easier and more convenient for residents to access the park.
• Updated Playground Structures
  The new play equipment will provide a fresh, safe, and engaging play experience for children of various ages.
• Shade Pavilion with Seating
  A new shaded gathering area will offer a comfortable place for families to relax, picnic, and enjoy community gatherings.
• Connecting Sidewalks
  New walkways will improve accessibility and create seamless connections throughout the park and surrounding areas.
• Site Furniture
  Benches, trash receptacles, and other park furnishings will be installed to support comfort, cleanliness, and an overall enhanced park experience.

Construction is projected to continue through this year, with substantial completion expected in early 2026. The District appreciates residents’ patience as construction continues.
