EZEE Fiber Construction in Long Meadow Farms

Neighbors, we need your help!

Please help us identify and report construction damage caused by EZEE Fiber.

Many residents have already experienced damage to private property and improvements, as well as water service outages, related to EZEE Fiber construction. The District is also experiencing damage to its facilities as construction continues throughout our community.

The District and its service providers are working diligently to monitor EZEE Fiber’s construction activities, but it is impossible for them to see everything. Your eyes and ears in the community are extremely important.

What You Can Do:

When EZEE Fiber crews or their contractors are working in your neighborhood, please be vigilant and observe their activities.

If your home’s water service is disrupted, please report it immediately to Si Environmental at 832-490-1600.

Please also immediately report to Si Environmental any water you see in your neighborhood that does not appear to be related to normal irrigation or other outdoor activities.

If Your Private Property Is Damaged:

The District cannot repair damage to private water or irrigation lines or other private property. However, we can help connect you with EZEE Fiber so you can report damage directly to them.

When reporting a problem, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

  • Date and time of the incident
  • Exact location
  • Description of the work being performed
  • Description of employees or contractors onsite
  • Vehicle or equipment information
  • Photos or videos of the damage, if available

Why Your Reports Matter:

Your help monitoring and reporting potential problems will allow the District to address issues promptly and document damage caused by EZEE Fiber.

Unreported damage to District facilities can result in water loss and repair costs that ultimately become the responsibility of the District—and, therefore, its residents and customers.

If you can provide information about damage caused by EZEE Fiber, the District will pursue reimbursement from EZEE Fiber whenever appropriate.
