Boulevard Fence Replacement Project Phase I and Phase II – Update

The District held a Special Meeting on May 21, 2018 to reviews plans and provide final comments in preparation of authorizing the District’s Landscape Architect to publicly bid Phase I of the fence replacement project at the Board of Directors meeting on June 13, 2018. Assuming that the contract is awarded, as anticipated, at the July 11th meeting, the District expects the work to commence in approximately mid-August. This proposed schedule is subject to change.

As the District works on defining a sequencing schedule once a contract has been awarded for Phase I of this project, updated information will be posted on the District’s website and provided to property owners who are directly impacted. At their May 9, 2018 regular meeting, the Board authorized a proposal from the District’s Landscape Architect to begin the design of Phase II of the fence replacement project (see purple areas identified in map below). Survey work for this phase of the project is expected to begin in the near future.
