The District held a Special Meeting on May 21, 2018 to reviews plans and provide final comments in preparation of authorizing the District’s Landscape Architect to publicly bid Phase I of the fence replacement project at the Board of Directors meeting on June 13, 2018. Assuming that the contract is awarded, as anticipated, at the July 11th meeting, the District expects the work to commence in approximately mid-August. This proposed schedule is subject to change.
As the District works on defining a sequencing schedule once a contract has been awarded for Phase I of this project, updated information will be posted on the District’s website and provided to property owners who are directly impacted.
